    Error Code 9 and 21 and ArenaNets TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    So it has been 3 days with NO help from ArenaNet Support. I cant log in because of alternating Error Codes 9 *apply serial code* and 21 *not authorized to play*. I has it out over the phone with gamestop and they chose to give me an whole new Guild wars 2 Delux Digital Download.

    When i go to apply the new code, I get the Sorry this code is already applied to your account *overlap error*. So according to Guild wars my account with up to date with all the proper information i need to play YET i cant log in, and i never received my digital delux swagg.

    Why do these people not have a phone line. Im incredibly disppointed with ArenaNet for this soul reason.

    Otherwise the games fantastic and I love it. But they need to get on their customer service.
