Unless RNG decides to give you several Word of Empress Zoe or similar items, you're better off grinding crafting mats and selling them after MoP goes live for the influx of new characters with disposable wealth.

im doing it in kilmador for the crawling crap and have gotten a good few silver scroll cases (200g per) and chests of tiny glas animals (100g each)
