Tracking player's CDs

Hi,

I'm wondering if there was a addon that tracked player's CDs when they're used on myself during PvP..

I remember an addon years ago (I want to say it was called "Natur's Cast Bars" or something) that would track others' cooldowns and it was glorious. If I targeted a mage, it would show a bar with the cooldown remaining on their Ice Block, Frost Nova, etc. Not sure if there's anything out there like that now, but I would love to find it, if so.
