I think it said Sanc because you are in Sanc. Mine says Chakra.

I thought so too. Tested. The one in the core abilities tab says Chakra, and the one in the Spec tool (even if you are another spec) says Sanc.

Mine says sanctuary even when I don't have chakra activated.
