Hunters ( dragonhawk ) still on 8% that while CoE is just 5% wonder if they stack now

Related question: how does Curse of Enfeeblement interact with bosses? Is it reduced to 10% physical damage reduction?

Just be aware that rogues apply it via poisons, so unless the rogue is directly attacking, it's often not there - warlocks are still best for applying it to large groups / adds that won't be getting attacked by you / the rogue directly.
