how to fix this issue so it doesnt have a stutter effect if ya know what I mean..

U sure 60.1 is even an option? Be sure you have it set to 60Hz refresh rate (same as your desktop's refresh rate). Try playing V-sync as well to cap it at 60fps ad lastly play in Full Screen Mode.

It would help knowing your cpu and video card model/make to be able to give you more details or pointers.
