Does anyone else think bear form is too small or something?

I love being a big bear. Incarnation with the kiril buff and hero is just awesome. I only say incarnation because bears look badass with that up I've always felt like bear form is a little in the small side, but at least we're bigger than gnomes and goblins.

I do find it slightly odd that there are no small races that can be druids, only big to bigger races, and we all turn into the same size in bear and cat form, and they are both kind of small.

As Falko wrote, that is an extinct Bear.

Here's a better picture with living Bears:

Clock-wise from top-left: Polar Bear, Brown Bear, Black Bear and Grizzly. ("Brown Bears" actually vary a lot in size, from 70 to 153 cm shoulder high, the one pictured is at the high end of that scale.)

Based on the Black Bear and Grizzly, the size in WoW is about right.
