I have been looking for a macro to " Target Nearest Friendly Npc " , haven't found any. even on the keybinding menu " target nearest friend " doesn't target Npcs only target friends ( tested on beta & live ) , Please if u know a macro to " Target Nearest Friendly Npc " i would be grateful.
