Problems with my Computer

So before Patch 5.0.4 I was able to play Cata at 60 fps on Ultra, all settings set to max and raiding in a full 25 man. I come back on today and start playing and my computer will only play at 34 fps....with all setting to low. I know that the new patch has given WoW a graphics update but is it really THAT big of an update? Or is my computer now just obsolete?

My computer specs as followed
AMD 8 core
16 gb Corsair Vengeance RAM
and 2 Nvidea GTX GeForce 570s

You should still get 60fps mostly outside of major cities and 25man raids. 30+ is normal but that's on Ultra not low settings.

Your pc is not obsolete.

Check for newer drivers, maybe try testing WoW in 64bit, test Wow with Sli turned off, and lastly check for newer nvidia drivers it may help.

Check if its working in dx9 or dx10 aswell,and no,your computer isn't obsolete

Your PC is far from obsolete. Even with new hardware available now, with specs like that you should still be getting bloody good performance even with all settings maxxed out.

Update your drivers to 304.79, make sure you are running the x64 client in dx11 mode

I'm actually getting much better performance, I used to get a max of 60-70 fps, I now get 100+ everywhere and about 50-60 in raids.
