The sad thing is that we can't knockback / fear enemies from cliffs. This would be the final spice while fighting, kicking others off the edges - /wavegoodbye

That was one of my favorite things to do in SWTOR. Push people off stuff so they fell to their death. Unfortunately, I did it a few times by accident and ended up having an Elite good-item-dropper mob die to fall damage out of loot range. Sad pandas everywhere.

Well I defeated him now. Though the tactic I had to use was beyond absurd.

[Spoilers ahead!]

Veteran Mob
-Run in with NPCs, focus Adds, ignore veteran mob.
-make sure that ALL NPCs die so he won't stack his "fast attack" stuff.
-Run back in, finish leftover adds.
-Play the kiting game with the Veteran. Hint: He comes to you and charges up an attack. Don't run around like a chicken, let him come to you, place AoE of DooM below his feet, evade and lol while he continues to charge up.

Mazdak:
This one is just plainly ridiculous.
-Go in, focus adds, make sure NPCs die (Except Caithe I think she can't die)
-Strafe at max distance and spam Caledbolg 2. Yes that's right you defeat him by using one button. Even the adds he summons at 25% can be Ignored, they die due to Caledbolg 2 as well.
-Never EVER go near him, his stun nova is absurdly powerful and he seems to cast it if more than 1 target is in range. (Caithe is melee)

Morale of story? Behave like an asshole and let your ally NPCs die. Fights become 10x easier after that.

When you're feared you will always run away from the fearer. Just position yourself accordingly.

Seven hells, Togo!

At least in GW2 the mission isn't over if the stupid NPC dies. Togo was just a pain in the arse for dying and ruining the entire mission.

My screenshot in the first post is proof that Caithe can, in fact, die.
But yeah, pretty much the way to win this is to spam 2 like it's the only thing the sword even has. 1 will get you killed. 3 will get you killed. 4 takes away time from spamming 2. 5 will get you killed.
