Is there a known bug with soul stone. I target the person and try and rez them in combat yet it does the action on me. its every time i try.

Did u notice it's a cast? like rebirth :P or did u make then click it? hehehe

Do you have some sort of self-cast addon/setting that overrides?

I think ive been making it then using it in stead of using it like rebirth ty for mentioning that

Haha, I did the same time too the first time after the patch. Couldn't figure out why the hell I kept spamming myself with it.
