Any reason for a i7 are you doing video rendering or anything of the nature? Toss it and get a 3570k if this is for gaming. The msi board isnt bad but if you could get the Asrock Extreme4 would be much better. I would get a 7870 video card with that budget unless you can find a sweet deal on a 7950. The 7870 is basuically on par with the 570 beating it out in a lot of situations, less power usage, and newer tech. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/518?vs=548. Samsung 830 or Crucial M4 SSD would be better. 8Gb 1600 mhz rather than just 4Gb. So Id rank your current build a 5 or so since you really didnt say what you were going to be doing with it and some parts could definatley be changed.

I honestly don't know how Ivy Bridge deals with high-voltage memory, but there's no reason to get DDR3-1600 that requires 1.65V to run. Get a pack that runs at the standard 1.50V, as I'm pretty sure my old high-voltage DDR3 is what killed my first 2500K.
    Super casual.

How much would the Asrock Extreme improve gaming preformence overal ?
Also i am not a fan of amd at all i kinda hate it, and about the ssd is the just our own preference or can it be proven its better ?
For the ram there where 2 already planned so 8gb just failed to type it with it !
Also its going to be used for gaming + making youtube movies!
