plz help with a build

Budget : around $1500, going up or down in price a bit is OK (this budget doesnt include peripherals)
Resolution : 24 inch monitor, not sure which res is that?
Games / Settings Desired: wow, d3, and sc2 for sure. arma 2 and expansions, flight sim, and probably bf3 and cod 4 mostly. I wanna run all these games on on the highest settings.
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) : not really
Country : USA
Parts that can be reused : none
Do you need an OS? : yes!
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? : yes i NEED them all


o and i would prefer if the computer is ever just slightly "overkill" (i actually prefer it)
