    New build won't boot with graphics card plugged in

    This new build I am working on will not boot after plugging the graphics card into the power supply. After some trouble shooting the pc won't start up at all.

    Cooler Master 460w and GTX 550ti. Sorry for little details but theres not much more to say.

    Any beeps? Do all of the fans spin up briefly? Does it start without the GPU plugged in? Does it work fine without the GPU (assuming you have an integrated graphics to fall back on)? Can you try another PSU?

    Sorry for just abandoning and not leaving much details. Got it all fixed though, was an issue with the power supply. Thanks for responses.
