That sentence has credibility, but the nation varied on how much religion was important to them. It would be outright lie, to claim nation was founded on atheism or secular belief. The nation at the time at most was oblivious to religion, depending on the state. Some places had witchhunts and moral police. Some did not care much about religion (they were not athetist but just were not batshit religious.)

The Liberal master plan is actually heavily focused on taking over the interwebz. They are going to create a way of thinking that is totally anathema to the American way of life by providing help to people who need it by taking from people who have 2 houses, which is YOU!

Huge difference between "founded by guys that happened to be religious" and "founded as a Christian nation on Christian principles". The first is correct. Was the founding influenced by Christian thought? Yes, yes it was. Many of the founders were deeply religious. Was it founded as a Christian nation? No. One only has to consult the Treaty of Tripoli signed by John Adams and unanimously ratified by Congress. Says it in black and white, straight from the mouth of a founder. Most people that claim America was founded on Christian principles, or the much more disturbingly worded "inspired by God", are religious fanatics.
