this it must only work using the max level frostbolt... my 82 mage it doesnt work on

you can't be targeting someone, have no target and mouseover your intended target for it to work. I'm personally not going to use it in pvp situations, just healing duelers and so on lol

Omg this is awesome. You can also kill some neutral npcs, like naarat and kalegcos. They won't fight back.
Edit: if the npc is friendly you heal it. If it's neutral, you dps it.
