How do you 'sim' yourself? or can someone sim me please?! REALLY need help!

How do you 'sim' yourself to find your best stat priority? I play Destruction AND Demonology, please could somone 'sim' me to find my stat priority for my current gear if that is possible? I'd be very grateful for any help I'm Avikur on Ravencrest EU, I use Grimoire of Supremacy for both specs if that makes a difference http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/characte.../Avikur/simple I'd like to know for both Destro and Demo if possible, many thanks

GoSac is better for Destro I think, and if you don't care about that, then why bother with simming?

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I have to use supremacy, I'm quite Happy to go with sacrifice if it's better for destro
