Long red handle with a golden lion at the crossguard area? I believe that the graphic for it is a human cultural weapon.

Edit- 4th dude is right, lionguard cultural vendors, not human.

Lionguard vendors are in Fort Marriner in Lion's Arch, north of the WvW portals.

Lion's Arch has three karma weapon vendors that sell them. If you start at the WvW portals, head northwest. Follow the steps to the west of the tavern that's across the way and the three vendors are there. You'll see three weapon merchant icons on the map.
