Mastery>Haste?

You sill have to go for mastery in the first months of mop progression, so better get used to it now

I am pretty sure that PvErs calculated it out as Haste being better than Mastery even with Inquisition up. For level 90 that is

The discussion here is about Holy. I'm not sure what the stat weights are for Ret to confirm or deny that.
