    Video Card Binning

When looking at a graphics card of a certain model and within the same manufacturer, is it better to go with the one at the higher clock? On average, will the higher clocked card be significantly better at overclocking?

    For example: 7870 from Sapphire
    1000 MHz http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102981
    1050 MHz http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102983

Which is better? Is the 7% price premium worth it?

The one is just oc. I would say no its not worth it, but that's my personal opinion.

In that case, I would say no, not worth it.

But there are other cases where "OC" edition chips are genuinely binned higher (on average), hand-picked to be better overclockers - for example EVGA FTW and Asus DCII TOP.
WoW Character: Wintel - Frostmourne (OCE)
    Gaming rig: i7 7700K, GTX 1080 Ti, 16GB DDR4, BenQ 144hz 1440p

Where would I go to find a list of which cards are binned higher? I assume that the EVGA FTW edition is binned higher but the SuperClocked edition for 660 Ti might not necessarily be binned higher?
