Need some opinions on items i just bought for a new rig

So i just bought some new parts for my rig:

    Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K

ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

COOLER MASTER HAF 922 RC-922M-KKN3-GP Black Steel + Plastic and Mesh Bezel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 and Black Interior

    1 x ($44.99) CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

and along with with my gtx 570, and a back up gtx 280 (mainly for physx), 500 GB hdd (enough for what i do), my cd drive, audio chipset, dvd drive, and 1250 watt power supply, am i looking ok for what its at? i triple checked for compatibility so i hope i did not miss anything.

    Any comments will help! thanks

You went for an Ivy Bridge processor but not a Z77 motherboard?

and to clarify, you already own a 1250w PSU or are you going to buy one?

looks like he did, anyway, that mobo is prepared for ivy bridge, you just need a bios update.

I just realized that i did buy the wrong motherboard, luckily the order was not processed and i was able to cancel it and reorder it, having the z77 mother board

and yes i do have already a 1250 watt power supply : COOLER MASTER Real Power Pro RS-C50-EMBA-D2 1250W ATX Form Factor 12V V2.3 / SSI standard EPS 12V V2.92 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

im actually concerned about the power supply since its back from like 2008, will that be sufficient?

It should be more than sufficient for your needs.
