Do we have a slow that works on congealing bloods in madness hc?

Destro has FnB Immo + FnB Conflag, demo has the slow on Shadowflame (from HoG). I don't know if Affliction has some AoE slow.

Throw in a glyph of CoEx and you've got yourself a 70% slow as well.

I think the bloods movement speed has been considerably nerfed this week.

With the recent nerf to bloods, slows aren't even needed. It's ridiculous. They are entirely too easy to kill now.
