    Final Check before Buying.

So as the title says I'm almsot ready to start my first ever build. This is what I've come up with to buy atm but I am sure you guys with so much better computer building experience will be able to recomend me some things to try reduce the price a bit.

    Total: £956.89
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I'm currently not sure about the Optical Drive, PSU, SSD or RAM. I want to try reduce the price a bit and maybe i'm paying more for something that i could get for cheaper without reducing performance.

Could you guys help me to finalise my build, i dont want to be paying extra for things which are equal or near in performance.
Thanks a lot, hope you guys can help me

you could get away with this Seasonic 520w 67 or Corsair 650tx 69.99 You also dont really need a full tower case unless you picked it basically on looks you could get away with a mid tower in the 50-75 range. Samsung 830 SSD 128 Gb I would go with a samsung 830 or crucial m4 as my top 2 choices for SSDs and the samsung is a few bucks cheaper. Dont know which ram you chose but make sure you get the low profile vengeance so it doesnt interfere with your cooling. Its a pretty solid build over all but these few changes will save you a little bit of money with no performance loss.

Took the case based on looks if im honest. I will swap to the Samsung 830, regarding the PSU isn't a modular PSU better? I would like to save some money in the PSU, i know that 650W is overkill as the system will use max 400W even with overclocking but i think i want to stay with a modular PSU as i think it will make things easier for me when building it and will look nicer in the case ;p Thanks for your sugestions, but would like some more opinions on PSU's / any other general comments. System build now:
