Question for the brewmasters out there

Hey sorry I didn't see a good post about min/max tanking proffs and was curious as to what the tanks out there think. I haven't tanked since pre bc when I was a warrior and that was before I fell in love with enhancement shaman but I think it's time I went back to tanking. So my main question is what proffs are you other tanks going with I was thinking lw/chanting or bs/lw just looking for a little advice thanks.

The current plan is for me to go brewmaster for my guild and the professions I picked were BS for the sockets that let me choose whatever stat was best and then LW for free leg enchants and the 750 sta bracer enchant which imo is way better then the 130 dodge to bracer enchant.
