NcSoft announces Blade and Soul

When i check my inbox i noticed i had a new email from NcSoft about Blade and Soul
Does this mean they're finally getting somewhere with the game in the western countries?
or do you think it still lies far far ahead!
They also have an official site in english now with information about the game.
And the official site http://www.bladeandsoul.com/uk/ ( assuming it changes for the US)





Thoughts ?
