Internet/Bandwith Help!

Okay, so this is my speedtest result, take a look at it before you answer my question http://www.speedtest.net/result/2188104292.png

Everytime my sisters would get on facetime, my MS would shoot up to 300+ and it's pissing me off. I thought my bandwith was high enough to share WoW + facetime from TX to NYC? Or am I wrong, can someone help me with this, tell me what to do to fix. Buy a new wireless USB card maybe? Currently using Netopia, model TER/GUSB2-N

That's what happens when u share your internet connection. U got enough bandwidth for wow and facetime but that will cause at least one of u to have lag spikes. Network traffic is still network traffic.

This is why i no longer share my internet and have my own.

It's the same when someone downloads or stream like a youtube video and other person plays a game.
