probably mage sheep glyph that causes it to last 2 days or something on critters, you cant see the debuff because show enemy debuff is borken.

Are you sure it wasn't polymorph? There is a new glyph called "Glyph of Crittermorph" that allows polymorph to last 24hrs on critters, and allows multiple critters to be poly'd.
