The picture below shows what I'd like to do. I only want to move/copy SOME of the bottom right action bar, and move it to the position indicated. Non-clickable would be just as fine as clickable. Is there an addon or way to do this?!
edit: These are four primary macros I use, and while I know there are TMW and others available for specific spells none, to my knowledge, are available for castsequence or mod macros.
--- The best solution I can come up with would be to active right action bar 2, that I don't use on most toons, and use move anything to turn it horizontal and place those buttons there as well. This does, however, make them clickable w/ no way that I know of to make them unclickable.---

bartender will allow u to reposition ur bars
u can get it via curse.com

With bartender you can just create a bar that will contain those macros

Yes it will do segments - bartender lets u set up bars from 1 to 12. U then just drag and drop ur icons onto the buttons u want
