I need some builds for Ranger.

Is any Race is good for Ranger? I have a human Ranger.

Anyway I haven't use any points yet and I'm at lvl 21. My bear is at lvl 11. Still trying to lvl the bear.

Here is what I'm doing. I'm not using melee attacks. Just range attacks. Plan shooting. Using the bear to tank and aggro.

What Skills and Traits I need? Should I be using the Power or Precusion more for the range?

I'm using this build (current level 75), longbow/shortbow signet build with spider pets, good long range and short range damage with lots of aoe if you need. Also GW2 Guru has lots of advise as well.
