No, you can't.
People insulted and made fun of deathknights for being noobs and started at level 55, for years BUT RAF which gives you levels up to 80 (?) is OK.
Not only that but deathknights never got the huge amount of abilities at 55 that RAF-ed monks will get suddenly and not have a clue how to use them properly.

Moin moin,
hmm that is a really good question you can see each other know because the CRZ maybe that will work...
Your,
Holy
will try that make a lvl 2 cha and try to grant one lvl...
No, the ability to grant cross-realm was removed shortly after cross-realm dungeons were introduced.
The only thing that relates DKs and Monks are that they were both expansion classes. The vast majority of Monks will start at level 1 just like everyone else. Anyone who felt like trying a DK started out at 55 with a full set of blue gear. Only the monks who spent $10-20 on a RaF account and assembled their own set of gear will be the ones who boost to 80. It's likely that anyone who has put forth that much effort, likely already has a good idea on how to play the class. Lastly, ANY class is able to be RaF granted to 80, so what is your problem with allowing monks to RaF grant?
This X over 9000. Monks will be naked as the day you were born without extreme consideration and preparation in comparison to the hero class. I've spent 20 days alone and well over 70k just on all the necessary things to switch this into the main for 90. It's not an easy process as many will claim it to be. So when you see an 81 monk in org the moment you log on, with full ilevel300 gear, chances are they are somewhat knowledgeable about the class expectations.

You dont miss Vanilla/TBC/LK (take your pick) you miss playing a "New" game that was still fresh and full of unknown for you, WoW hasn't gotten worse, you've just been playing it for too long.
