Getting to 99% exp on Human monk? How do you do it perfectly?

google it? theres a guild on how to get to 97%? on level 1 then raf him to 80 and have a 97% filled xp bar aka 1 quest and ding!

This post outlines everything you need to know, including the answer to your question.

Kill three level one mobs with no heirlooms equipped. Total XP 150.
Kill two of the level one wolves that are engaged with guards. These give 42xp each every time (tried a few dozen anyway). 84 more XP, total 234 XP.
Equip 10% heirloom. Kill three level one mobs. 165 more XP. Total 399 XP.

Using no xp bonus Kill 5 x lvl 1 worgs (250xp),1x Worg fighting a guard (42xp){worg must have greater than or equal to 84% hp or you wont get 42xp}, 1 x lvl2 Blackrock spy 52xp and 1 x lvl3 Goblin assassin 55xp = 399xp

the important part is the worgs attacking guards have varying hp which means lower xp the less hp they have =>84% hp or you wont get 42 xp.

I've come up with my own (other methods didn't seem to work for me) Equip 10% Hierloom, in my case I used helm, kill 7 of the level 2 mobs (Blackrock Spies) 57xp each x 7 equals 399

That works so long as you don't go to SW before being granted levels. Remember Discovery XP is 55 for SW.

I just summoned a level 1 to stormwind and got 0 xp for it.

Yeah, depends on exactly where you get summoned and even then i have heard reports of not being able to get any XP for it even when it is "Discovered", i would NOT count on that XP to get to 399, just lvl to 41 in the starter area then summon, no chance of hitting the next level and IF you get some XP, it will just get you closer to the end of lvl 80.

Just wear +10% exp and kill 7 lvl 2 mobs, each will give you 57xp which is 399 at the end.
