It's New Year's Eve and you're at a party. Everyone is having fun and everybody is pretty hype. You're single and you came to the party with your friends, however they're all there with their girlfriends also. It's a minute until midnight. You look around the room and you see all of the couples having fun. You stand there awkwardly as all your friends focus on their girlfriends before the midnight kiss.
About 30 seconds before midnight, the crazy crowd of people starts shifting around and you are somehow pushed into the middle of the masses. Suddenly to your surprise, you spot this really beautiful girl right next to you. She looks at you shyly and smiles. 10...9...8...7... Surrounded by a sea of couples, you and this girl are standing there in front of each other. Realizing what's going on, she looks at you again and smiles.....5....4...3...2......1......

She smiled once, then smiled again, you definitely Kiss.
If she'd smiled and then awkwardly turned away and didn't look at you again, then that would be a pretty clear indicator she doesn't think of you in any 'Kissable' manner.
What's the worst that can happen? You mis-judge the situation and she slaps you or throws a drink in your face? Meh!

I personally wouldn't. But I'm kind of a germophobe and I sort of hate being touched, especially by some stranger on my face, so lol...

I've been in that situations a few times, results
2 kiss'.
1 slap (apparently she didn't want tongue.. who knew?).
1 GF that lasted nearly a year.
