Was anyone else having trouble with the cutscenes in the demo? They kept stuttering for me. I play other stuff (specifically lately Skyrim with a couple mods) on the highest graphics settings without trouble. I'm hoping it is just because it is a demo, but I'm curious.

Not me, cutscenes were just fine. Didn't notice any performance issues, other than the map-scrolling speed being way too slow for my taste even with it set at maximum. Though don't know if the scroll speed is just capped or it's my PC having trouble rendering the terrain so quickly.

I still don't like the fact that aliens run into cover when they see you (and it's not their turn to move), basically showing you where they are instead of letting them shoot at you from the dark.

Also, wow they totally overdid it with the cutscenes. There is a little cutscene every 2 seconds during that trailer. Not only combat ones but even your Skyranger landing every time, which is going to get old fast. I really hope there is a way to turn them off. -_-

I don't either. It was different at first but its getting old fast. I'm missing that "shot in the dark" more and more.

The demo is via Steam yes? And they have on their main page the rewards for pre-ordering on Steam. I just hope you can get it by itself without having to tag it to Steam.

Jesus, the guys playing are terrible! I was yelling at the screen for the whole duration of the video LOL. Still, it achieved its purpose of showing the multiplayer, which looks awesome fun. Can't wait.

This slow scrolling annoyed me aswell, hopefully they give us more speed, also the mouse cursor seems slugish
