Yes, where is it? I can't find. Some people say that it is in Silken Fields - Valley of the Four Winds, but I still couldn't find it.
Any help would be good.

Same problem here, searched on Wowhead the new trainers in MoP and it seems that tailoring trainer is the only missing :/

I've looked around and most places say silken fields, but I too cannot find it.
