windsong worth using for dual wield?

I've heard that windsong will keep proccing so that you can possibly have all 3 buffs active at once. So is there any real reason to get it dual wielded? Or should I go with the extra dmg proc one, elemental something on one of them?

can it proc on each hand? and have a double stack of the buff? like hurricane, unless they changed that

it does stack. i have it on both my mh and oh right now and can see two simultaneous procs
