Eh, I wasn't that fond of PH for some unexplainable reason. FO:E (vanilla version) was fine for me though.

Yeah, I never really liked PH, which is why I haven't been up to date with it. But I know that it becomes amazingly good in the later chapters, and I think that is worth it. I haven't reached it yet, but I have a friend who spoiled little bits and it gave me the hardest boner.

It's different than FO:E. Where FO:E focused a lot on the story aspects, and the building of the world, PH is more focused around Blackjack and her choices. It's not the same, but Somber ain't Kkhatman.

I stand by my statement that FO:E is one of the best books I've ever read, so I don't expect PH to top it. It makes it a lot easier to read.
