How do i trade my battle pets ? or put them on AH?

And will they keep their lvl?

Wild pets you capture are NOT tradeable, but other pets mostly are, right click the pet in your list and choose "put in cage" if the option is available, sometimes they need to be healed before you can put in a cage. Then it will be in you inventory and you can do what you want, trade or auction.

Or you can just throw the cage away in some cannal and wait for your pet to slowly drown while it is crying out for you and wondering why this is happening to him...
