Does anyone know how good the Corim's Cold Chromium Coaster is compared to other trinkets ingame?

I tried to look on the diffrent Bis pre-raid stuff but no one mentions them.

I'd imagine it's fairly ordinary, perhaps on the borderline terrible end of the spectrum due to it's low chance to proc (10% on crit).
