    Best low level PVP?

    What is currently the best low-level PvP class right now like 10-70?

    Healer: Resto druid. Or just druid.

    DPS: Prot warrior i think. I THINK i got one shot by one while leveling my monk around lvl 40. And i got killed within a charge by a lvl 61 warrior on my lvl 63 fully heirloomed (except the ring) monk.
    Blizzard about balance:
    PvP: Execute Melee/Needs Rage(issue) 30k noncrit : Shadowburn Ranged/mana(nonissue) 130k noncrit, can you explain?
    -We try not to design abilities to be mirror images of each other.
