    Based on PVP theorycrafting, not PVE. Capping energy doesn't appear to be a problem for me in the slightest and even if it was it's nothing a quick shuirken toss wouldn't fix if you took that talent, but whatever, reforge how you want.

    Mastery is better. Without the slightest sense of doubt. Crit comes a second but really, neither crit nor haste are really good. Crit just happens to be not useless after coming back with a full energy bar.

    You do know that in a truely balanced game every class is shitty in terms of no class is superior to another. So if you define a shitty class as one that cant 9 times out of 10 nuke every other class then your not gonna like balance.

    Now iono wats up with rogues or why they are complaining but im pretty sure as you get more and more gear blizz will either realize they did their maths wrong and buff you or youll realize that you were whining for nothing and all you needed was more gear. In a gear based game this happens. Blizz usually waits for ppl to get gear b4 doing anything drastic unless there is something really wrong.

    Arena Pass provides full Malevolent T2. And really damage is not the issue.

    The lack of consistency is the problem. The cooldowns are simply too long.
