Trinket and CD usage

Hi! i just got my hands on Lessons of the darkmaster www.wowhead.com/item=81268#.
and i want to get the most out of it. right now i use my CDs in this fashion

1st GoaK 2nd wings (after 10secs) and my Q is if i macro the wings and the trinket together will my Goak make use of the trinket aswell? or does it increase the strenght from the stats when it was used and ignore different proccs etc.

if so its better to use it on the pull then Goak then wings (should be about 10 secs with all 3 then)

after initial use i will ofc use it on cooldown.


So what is best? Trinket>Goak>wings or Goak>wing+trinket?
