A question regarding BS crafts.

Hey there,
I was planning to level my paladin, but the problem is quest reward gear... The thing is, I saw on my druid that I am getting only AGI (feral spec) gear as a reward from some quests, while other player was getting only INT one (also a druid player, boomkin).
Now, since I really don't want to level as a protection, I will be going retribution so I can kill stuff faster.
Anyway, problem are quest rewards, like I said. So i thought of crafting tank gear and take retribution stuff from quests.
I saw some lvl 85/ilvl 415 items. Got me confused cause I cant find the patterns for those. For example Masterwork Ghost-Forged Shoulders

Are these items a proc while crafting regular green ones, ilvl 384 version one? Or can i get patterns for them from someplace?

Yeah, you have a chance to make a rare when making the green quality. Theres also a 90 blue set of tank gear.
