Where are the pvp vendors?!?

i cant seem to find them, i have looked at several different videos, gone to their locations and there are no npcs there... i have no idea where else to look as ppl in my guild told me that it it was on the wall of DW. Anything you guys can tell me to help would be a huge favor, tyvm

Horde or alliance? Well, Horde is on the wall in the south-west corner of Kun-Lai.

Worst case, fly along the wall until you find them.
