Is the Season 11 PvP gear still available anywhere?

As title. I'm looking around for the season 11 set for transmog purposes, and it's not showing up on the Legacy quartermaster that has all the armor from previous expansions. It seems to have just disappeared along with the vendor that sold it yesterday.

Anyone know something I don't?

I would also like to know this. They haven't moved to Serpent's Spine with the new vendors either.

No one as far as I read over the internet knows what happened to the Season 11 PVP vendors unfortunately. Was looking foward to purchase Cataclysmic Gladiator's Endgame.
I've nicely ticket a GM to ask about the vendors and the GM answered politely that that type of ticket must be sent to Suggestions. Those nice 6 days waiting for that answer.
