The Dig Crs thing was an MLG event. I'm not entirely sure if it has different rules, but I want to say it does. And, both Curse and Dig didn't try to deny it. They never made an attempt to.

Not to mention that call was made by MLG, not Riot. Afaik, the only thing that Riot said was given the circumstances they supported MLG's decision. Which could mean anything from "we helped look into it and agree" to "we had nothing to do with this at all but want to look like we support the people that host this tourney."

I followed the Curse/Dig MLG thing very closely. MLG made it abundantly clear that they stuck their thumbs up their collective asses and let Riot handle the matter.

And I don't see what denying or not denying something has anything to do with culpability, other than the fact that the idea behind pleading guilty is that it leads to a lighter sentence. Even so though, Curse did deny the accusations of collusion. They apologized for the ARAM, saying it was unprofessional and that they shouldn't have done it Riot and MLG said that the ARAM had literally nothing to do with it, and the accusations of collusion were for something else entirely, and one of the MLG tournament reps implied on his twitter that Curse and Dig decided to split the prize money. Dignitas said absolutely nothing on the matter, other than the organization higher ups saying they would conduct their own investigation into their team's conduct.

By not DQing Frost, it gives the impression that cheating is okay, and that it's direct racist bias in the Korean's favor because Frost only got fined, while Dig and Curse had their places forfeited for their game collusion.

Dig and Crs were at MLG. Mlg rules there, not Riots. Dignitas was at s2 finals, remember? The thing is Riot fucked up. It is their fault there were multiple allegations of cheating at the finals. It is not nice that cheaters don't get DQ, but it won't be nice if riot blamed the team and pretended it was not their fault at least to some degree.

The stadium or w/e is being built for the finals. That's the construction vehicles. It's quite annoying, I agree. Although I start to tune it out after awhile.
