    Lack of Tanking weapons?

I been a Long time Protection Paladin, and been playing Prot since Tbc. And after browsing the Dungoen Journal, I noticed that not a single tank weapon (meaning ones that give pure dogde and the likes) Doesnt seem to drop in any heroic or Raids.

So How are Tanks surposed to get a good tanking weapon when werre forced to roll agasint Duel wield Warriors and Dks for the likes of http://www.wowhead.com/item=81061 Which seems to be Labaled as a tanking weapon when i do Class Fliter for protection on DJ

It wouldnt be so bad if blizzard added a pattern for BS to make one, but really the lack of Pure tanking weapons really Baffles, and disapoints me.

True. Seems the ones with expertise/mastery and hit/mastery are the ones "meant" for tanking.

I say strike a deal in your guild that you have priority on those, while DPS classes hold their horses for the ones with crit on 'em.

Of course, good luck ever seeing http://www.wowhead.com/item=86522/ ... /sigh

As a DK I have always had to roll against Arms/Fury Warriors and ret pallies and other Dks to get tanking weapons, I don't see how this is a problem.

So what if you have to roll against a dps class? Nothing is quite as a sad as seeing a tanking 1hander drop when you have a group being tanked by a Bear or DK and no pallies or warriors are present to off spec roll it.

Would you like to see a dedicated tanking 2h with tank stats for DKs that you can enjoy seeing drop endlessly in non-DK groups? The loot tables already have enough weapon types.
