Trouble unlocking Golden Lotus dailies

So I followed the guide that's available here in order to open up the golden lotus dailies:

Unfortunately after completing all the said quests, the dailies at the neutral zone (golden pogada) has not opened up. I'm more or less curious if anyone here has run into the same situation and what they needed to do in order to get the Golden Lotus dailies to open up. The last thing I remember doing is killing Mogu in the ruins and submitting that quest in.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you talk to all the npc's at your base after you turned 90?

Sorry don't mean to sound like a noob, but what exactly is my base? There was a quest to speak to 4 NPCs (Shrine of the two moons?) http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30649 that I definitely completed as well..

What did it for me was flying to Guo Lai Depths where I automatically got a quest to kill the Quilen statue thingie, which then allowed me to get dailies. Not sure if you already did that quest though.

Happened to a guildie of mine, GM sorted it after he lodged a ticket, there is some kind of known issue with certain characters not receiving access to these dailies.

I was worried it had to do with the fact that I'm Panderian.

I did open a ticket to see if it'll help at all.

It looks like the reason I cannot open the dailies is because of the Barring Entry quest. http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30634/barring-entry

The NPC I'm supposed to speak to is phased, i cannot even target him. I planted the explosives since I have a flying mount and was able to get to the cave myself, but yeah. This doesn't complete the quest....

Okay, Blizzard customer support confirmed this is a known bug as of 17 hours ago and a hotfix will eventually be put in to address the issue:
