I know it's been 2 years since lost ended.... but I just watched it all and finished yesterday...
I feel pretty empty inside, almost depressed...
Is this normal feeling? Why is this happening?
Something important to you has ended, it's almost like losing a loved one just not as extreme haha. I remember one time I beat a game that took me like 40-50 hours and when I finished it, I felt pretty empty.
It wasn't such a good ending either, so I kinda had the same feelings.
To declare that a personal, inner experience gives certainty about the workings of the universe is to assign far too much value to one’s subjective sense of conviction.
I’m not that arrogant.
The brain, marvelous instrument though it is, isn’t infallible. It can misfire, seize or hallucinate, and it can do so in a way that’s utterly indistinguishable from reality to the person experiencing it.
You're feeling a bit lost?
Go and tell my baby sister
Not to do what I have done
Go and spurn that house down in New Orleans
They call the Rising Sun
I felt a bit cheated. Lost started out really good, but the last couple seasons it dragged.
Okay guys the island has a heart, and a brain. And if you step on it hard enough it will be hurt.
you know, I never watched lost. I always felt like I was missing out. After it ended i was like wtf I'm going to do it. I make the mistake of reading a real brief summary of the show. Glad I didn't watch it.
Get a grip man! It's CHEESE!

yea, watched all of lost too, and it was awesome...until the last few shows...it was like they knew they were canceled and slammed an easy ending togather to close the show.
I'm old enough to remember shows like MASH and Happy Days ending. Man, that was devastating. People grew up with those shows and suddenly they're gone.
i know how you feel! not with lost but with desperate housewives ;<
Don't trade what you want MOST for what you want right now..
I watched it and never really found it to be all that it was puffed up to be. It was entertainment, but nothing I was ever overly attached to. Then again, I don't usually watch TV. I think I Netflixed that.
Oh MASH. I love that show. I get all excited whenever I see it on TV from time to time.
Depressed over the ending of a movie. Some people need REAL lives.
Is there something wrong with being sad your favorite show has ended?
With your thread about http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...-Forever-Alone
I'm sure people think you need a life aswell ;>

I wasnt very happy with the way Lost ended, but I know it will really bother me when Dexter finally ends. I love that show sooo much!
They say making remixes, comics, art, dolls, fanfics, going to conventions, you name it, should ease the pain of waiting on the next season.
Remember, Remember, the something November.
More on topic, never saw LOST. Haven't seen The Wire or Dexter either, so I have something to catch up on.
But on the topic of the feeling, then I sometimes get that feeling yeah. Never lasted so long for me though. Remember feeling like that after Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (the book).
