addon that changes cd colour

Hi there!

I was wondering if there is an addon that changes the cooldown colour when the cooldown is < 2 seconds?
Would be great if it worked with omnii cc

I was pretty sure that OmniCC had that option!

If not, TullaCC does, and they're by the same author. o.O
