I am a lvl 90 Warlock with enchanting and tailoring, I only really have time to do 2 or 3 faction dailies each day, which ones would be best for gear/professions for me?

You want to do Klaxxi and Lotus. Tillers is a nice bonus for getting food (which is expensive if you need it for raid). The other reps are mostly vanity items.

Need Golden Lotus to revered to get to Shado pan and August Celestials, which have the recipes for some high end Enchants, so doing Golden Lotus will get you your tailoring recipes AND help get to Enchanting (eventually)
